### How Data Recovery Works

Call or write to us. For urgent cases, our hotline is available non-stop and we return missed calls promptly.
2. #### Free Pickup
You can deliver your device in person, send it to us, or request a **free pickup anywhere in the Czech Republic.**
3. #### Diagnostics
In our own lab we will examine the device **free of charge** and determine the extent of damage and data recovery options.
4. #### Data Recovery
The recovery process starts only after your approval. The agreed-upon price will not be exceeded.
5. #### Delivery
Your recovered data will be handed over in person, sent by courier, or delivered via our secure online storage.
